Imagine what a stench in the corridors! Air conditioning system in the hotel without comment. Works great. The beach is small, there are sun beds, but the beach was dirty. There is a lot of garbage from the sea (bottles, packaging and polyethylene), but passing ships are to blame! There is a pool, but we did not swim in it. There is a pool bar, but the slowness of the bartenders was killing))) The animation appeared two days before departure, only with children, and only in the children's club (but they explained to us that it was still out of season). Special thanks to the restaurant and waiters. Very relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness! The chef can already diversify the menu. We were never hungry, but we often ate one dish. We will not go to the hotel for the second time. Special thanks to the pool staff. The selection of music was great. I was pleasantly surprised to listen to the classics.

The hotel is remote from all attractions. Expect to spend 2 hours driving to Dubai and even more to Abu Dhabi. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are helpful, but be prepared to ask for an extra bed (prepaid), then bed linen for the bed, then towels, then a third glass a few times. Do not like, eat the usual European stew, steamed vegetables, grilled meat, pasta, lasagne, fresh vegetables, watermelon, mashed potatoes. Nice pool, there is absolutely for kids under a canopy. There is an adult, with a depth of 80 cm to 1.5 m. You can swim in the pool up to 21 hours, that is, after sunset with lighting, it's cool. The sea frightened and upset me, I would not recommend going to swim in the sea in May. The sea "blooms" like a standing pond. There is so much plankton that on some days the water was emerald in color. Some guests reassured themselves and others that this was supposedly thalassotherapy. Perhaps so, but these greens sting. Painful and unpredictable. This is plankton, that is, you don't see anything special, but suddenly it burns your skin. One particularly severe burn has been on the skin for the 10th day. All OK. The food is decent, but boring. A week to swim and sunbathe - that's it! More will be boring. There is almost nothing nearby, apart from a couple of restaurants within walking distance ... there is a shopping center 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is all with children. The hotel is 90% Russian! :)

The hotel is generally good, 90% Russian. Occupancy in April 2019 was at its maximum. Hence the queues for meals and the sun loungers on the beach already occupied at 8 am. There is a kids club for children with outdoor and indoor activities. The rooms do not have balconies, it is not very clear where to dry the clothes. Breakfasts are standard: cereals, scrambled eggs, etc. For lunch, there are crabs and squids, dinners are more modest, as a rule. Overall a solid 4 for this region.

The overall impression is generally good. The staff is friendly, there are Russian-speaking staff. Rooms are small, carpeted and furnishings are asking for replacement. The biggest disadvantage is non-opening windows. This was an unpleasant surprise for us, because before the tour was booked, the site employee assured us that the windows in all hotel rooms open, although, after reading the reviews, we specifically clarified this point. Rooms are cleaned daily, but cleaning times can be at noon or at six in the evening, and even the approximate time is never known. The floors are not cleaned very well. I liked the beach, clean sand, good entry into the sea, the sea is also very clean. Nearby are low mountains with beautiful views. Supermarket 15 minutes walk. The food is good, decent and varied. The most unpleasant moment in this trip is the organization of excursions. The hotel guide gives incorrect information, as a result, the one-way trip took three hours instead of the promised one and a half, and the time of the excursions themselves was halved. We went on an excursion without a guide only with a driver, and the price was clearly overpriced. By ordering a personal taxi at the hotel for the whole day, it would have cost us one and a half times cheaper.

There are no evening discos and noisy tourists, so it is also suitable for people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday. The hotel has a gym and a spa (judging by the fact that locals come there, the room should be good). I didn’t walk, did exercises on the street. They can give a room next to the ventilation compartment, even at night noise is constantly heard. We asked to be replaced, we were given a different room with a sea view (the main thing is to speak confidently and ask persistently, for the first time they turned it off).

We had a rest with our family in "Oceanik" from 8 to 16 November. We brought home a suitcase of impressions and the most beautiful seashells found on the coast. The shells were hidden in the closet for now. I will share my impressions. The first impression is the sun. I really wanted to warm up and be filled with warmth and light. From our St. Petersburg November to dive headlong into summer for a week is a miracle. We were lucky with the weather. And we saw beautiful clouds, and pouring rain, and clear days. The autumn sun is gentle. They returned tanned. The second impression is the sea. We arrived after that terrible storm that caused so much trouble. But the waves were still there. And we swayed happily on them. And then there was calm. And an amazing living sea - with crabs, small hermit crustaceans hiding in shells from prying eyes, with sea ​​urchins, striped fish, flocks swimming aground ... For the first time I saw the ebb and flow of the sea so clearly. In the morning the sea is deep, splashing close. And in the evening it creeps away almost 20 meters, becomes shallow. There was rubbish, but not much at all. He was slowly caught by rescuers with a net. The third impression is the city. Each new journey expands the boundaries of our own worldview. Just globally this time. A different world, a different rhythm of life ... We went to the city, listened. There are many elegant mosques, a muezzin sings several times a day. Polyphony ... We carefully peered at people. Restrained, carefully protecting their world. Unusual. Men in long snow-white clothes, women in black, wrapped up with their heads. The wife is the shadow of the husband. There are many children. Children in colorful, joyful. Swings are everywhere: on the coast, in the park, along the alleys. The fourth impression is the surroundings. To the left of the hotel beach, behind a small mountain, there is a wonderful wild beach. It takes only 20 minutes to walk to it. (By the way, walk along the gas station, which is definitely worth a look. There is a small shop where there are all sorts of little things and always the necessary water. And they also make incredibly tasty fresh juices there. My favorite is mango. My daughter appreciated the pineapple. with lemon. Kiwi is specific. Avacado + mango is also very good.) So the wild beach is gorgeous in good weather. Of course, it is not as clean as on the licked hotel beach. But it's great there! The water is clear, there are many crabs running over the stones. And the main thing is silence. We went there twice a day. And practically alone there they dived, splashed and sunbathed. The fifth impression is the road. It seems that in some very special way we were moving from Dubai airport to Oceanik and back. Private transfer. Travel time is 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. The sunny reddish desert smoothly flows into gentle mountains ... Mountains burst into the sky like rocks, become large dark mountains, behind which the sea hides ... Sixth impression - a hotel. We lived in a villa. And this, of course, is just a fairy tale. Straight from the huge light room, barefoot on the grass, along the steps, along the sand - to the waves. The coolness of the night enters through the slightly open door and the surf is heard. The food is delicious, different. The service is unobtrusive. It's clean everywhere. The room was cleaned every day carefully. There were three of us, first they brought towels and water for two, asked for a third set - after that there were always three. Tea, coffee, sugar, water - every day. Pools, when there is a warm sea nearby, we rarely visit. The pool is interesting in winter ... The main pool did not work here. Part of the territory of the hotel has become very old from the strongest storm, which washed away part of the buildings by waves, much was destroyed. Now everything is being restored. Moreover, thoroughly, not cosmetically. They work well from morning to evening. Most likely, everything will be restored by the new year.
