Hotel interiors. Design of hotel rooms. Hotel room design project

In order to leave a good impression on their guests, to maintain a high level of competitiveness, hotels, both large and small, pay much attention to interior renovation. A special style, modern design solutions allow you to create a comfortable environment. Modern trends, recommendations of experts regarding the creation of the interior of the hotel will be discussed further.

General principles

The interior of the hotel (a photo of one of the options is presented below) should create for the guests not only the most comfortable, but also a memorable environment. When ordering the design of the interior space, the owners expect to receive not only an original stylistic solution, but also its combination with functionality, the laws of ergonomics.

The design project of the exterior and interior of the hotel is significantly different from the design of an apartment or your own house. In this case, completely different principles apply. Properly designed interior hotel complex kept in the same style. This trend can be seen both in the design of the hall and all rooms. Such different rooms need to be combined in a single style in order to create a picture of a whole composition, all elements of which are inseparably linked.

When decorating the interior, it is important to profitably beat the design features of the building, hiding the flaws if necessary.

In the process of interior design, many factors will need to be taken into account. It is necessary to choose the right finishing materials, furniture, decor and other elements. And you need to do this in the chosen single style. Each room should be equipped in accordance with the principles of comfort, safety and overall harmony.

The exterior and interior of the hotel should also be combined with each other. For them, a single stylistic solution is selected. In this case, a single image will be formed that will be remembered by the guests, becoming the "calling card" of the hotel. During this process, many subtleties are taken into account. There are no trifles here. Every detail needs to be thought through carefully.

Hotel and mini-hotel design

It should be understood that this institution simultaneously combines the functions of public and residential premises. It must comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, safety requirements, etc. Therefore, when drawing up a project plan, they must be taken into account. Also thought out in advance:

  • Location of various communications.
  • Creation of the necessary conditions for the proper functioning of engineering networks.
  • Equipping the building with surveillance, fire safety, alarm systems, etc.

When choosing materials for interior design of a hotel, their level of safety must be taken into account. Finishing, decorative elements, furniture and other elements should not emit toxic substances into the environment (which sometimes happens if synthetic materials are used). They must be fireproof, resistant to wet cleaning, durable.

When drawing up a plan for a design project, the location, features of the operation of air conditioning systems, plumbing and lighting fixtures, electrical supply, and so on, must be taken into account. This is the basis for ensuring the comfort of the guests, as well as the key to the smooth operation of the hotel.

If the interiors of mini-hotels are being created, it should be taken into account that the main feature of such hotels is a rather limited space. Therefore, when developing a design project, it is necessary to apply techniques that allow you to visually expand the area. In this case, zoning is often used. The minimum number of partitions creates a feeling of spaciousness. However, at the same time, it is necessary to create comfort for both guests and staff of the mini-hotel.

Furniture in small hotels should be functional and durable. It should not interfere with cleaning, and also cannot take up too much space. Overall models in this case are not suitable.

For small spaces, it is extremely important to choose the right color scheme in the interior. Light colors visually expand the space. You also need to pay attention to lighting. It should be bright enough to make the space seem visually wider.

Country hotels

The design of a country complex will differ significantly, for example, from the interior of a hotel in Moscow. This is due to the wide range of services that such hotels are ready to offer. They organize riding on different types of transport in nature, fishing, various play activities for children and more. The interior should emphasize that people come here for outdoor activities.

This approach is evident in the design of the rooms, as well as a number of special rooms. Particular attention is paid to the interior of the lobby of country-type hotels, as well as the premises of the dining room, conference room, restaurant, club, bar and other premises. Here you need to create a special atmosphere that would support the overall concept of relaxation. In addition to standard rooms, apartments for honeymooners, families with children, as well as business category rooms can be provided here. For country hotels, such a division of the room stock is a standard practice. The atmosphere in each room may be different. It can be official, business, romantic, etc.

Therefore, for country hotels it is extremely important to choose the right materials for decoration, textiles, lighting and color scheme. Moreover, within the framework of a single concept of interior design, a different design is created for each category of rooms.

Also, the creation of the interior in country hotels, as well as in hotels of other categories, is based on the status of the institution. It shows in every little thing. For an elite country hotel, expensive finishes and designer furniture are selected. If this is a simpler hotel, the design can be more concise. The furniture here will be not so much luxurious as functional. Finishing materials can also be simpler.

When creating a design project, you need to remember that a beautiful hotel interior should be outstanding, versatile, meeting the requirements of visitors with different taste preferences. A feature of a country hotel in the first place should be ease. It should be a pleasure to spend time here, communicating with nature.

Hostels

Considering the features of the interior of hotels, hotels, it is worth paying attention to creating a design for such a type of housing as hostels. Arriving in a metropolis, a person sometimes cannot find the right apartment for himself in the area where it would be most convenient for him to stay. In this case, you can rent temporary accommodation for one or two nights, for example, in a hostel.

The name of such an institution is translated from English as "hostel". The cost of housing here is acceptable, a certain range of services is provided, for example, there is Wi-Fi, a TV, a shower, air conditioning, sometimes there is parking and food is provided. Some hostels have left-luggage offices, etc.

The main clients of such hotels are young people, groups of tourists, sportsmen. And today the competition among hostels is quite high. Several dozens of such hotels can operate in one area. Therefore, each owner of the hostel seeks to create an original design, to provide the highest quality living conditions for their guests. The design of such hotels is sometimes very original, and ergonomics and comfort are priorities in the development of interiors.

The interior of a room in a hostel-style hotel should be concise, but at the same time pleasant, relaxing. In such rooms people spend one or two nights. A bathroom should be provided here, which cannot have transparent doors or windows. People who do not know each other will live in the same room. Perhaps women and men will spend the night in the same room.

The area of each room in hostels is relatively small. Therefore, it is advisable to install bunk beds here. It is necessary to install small lockers, for example, under the bed, which would be opened with a key.

The subtleties of creating a design project

Creating a hotel interior design is a responsible occupation. To think through all the details, experts use special programs. Previously, projects were drawn by hand. Now the procedure for creating an interior has become much easier. A computer program is used that allows you to see in 3D the situation in the hotel. Such visualization will help to evaluate all the subtleties and details of the future interior.

First, the specialist sets the real dimensions of the building, its internal space, as well as each individual room. Next, the type of finish is selected, the color of the walls, floor and ceiling is selected. In the program, you can experiment by creating several options. Subsequently, the best design can be selected.

Next, you can see how the furniture will look in such an interior. You can arrange it in different ways to choose the best option. The color of the furniture, its style and functionality should be considered at this stage of the planning process.

After that, accents are thought out. These are the original design elements that make the hotel recognizable, create comfort and coziness. With the help of volumetric visualization, it is possible to experiment. You can think about where and what accents will be located in each room, how they will be combined with the chosen interior style, etc.

A computer program opens up a lot of new possibilities for a designer. He can experiment, considering many design options for a particular room. This approach gives good results. All the nuances and subtleties of interior design can be harmoniously compared with each other, like elements of one big puzzle.

Modern hotel interior cannot be faceless or standard. Its compilation is a creative process, during which it turns out to create a corporate identity. In this case, the hotel acquires a unique look. This allows you to distinguish the hotel from many others, to make it recognizable. And in this case there are no trifles. It is necessary to think over not only the decoration, lighting, accents, but even the uniform of the attendants, textiles, bedding, etc.

The development of corporate identity is approached in a complex manner. It can be traced from the facade of the building to the utility rooms. Therefore, it is important to entrust such work to professionals. A sense of taste, knowledge of modern fashion trends, as well as safety and hygiene requirements will allow you to think through all the nuances.

Ergonomics is one of the important criteria by which a hotel is judged. This characteristic should be taken into account when choosing furniture, other interior elements. Each item should be functional, occupy a minimum of space. This takes into account the type of room for whom it will be intended. An overall sofa that takes up a lot of free space looks out of place in an economy class room. In luxury apartments, transformer-type furniture will look ridiculous. Therefore, it is necessary to correlate the interior with the category of the room.

It is important to choose the right lighting fixtures. They must create high-quality lighting, but at the same time be economical. They don't need to use a lot of electricity. Therefore, LED lamps are in great demand today. They allow you to create lighting for almost any style of interior. It is also important to rationally place lighting fixtures.

Fashion trends

In the process of creating the interior of the hotel, modern trends and fashion trends are taken into account. Today, designers are increasingly striving to blur the boundaries, using glass as partitions, actively experimenting in the field of zoning. So, for example, a project is fashionable, for example, with a bathroom in the middle of a room, which is separated from the main space by a glass partition.

The bedroom and bathroom can be separated in the room by a glass partition. The bathroom itself is somewhat beyond the usual understanding of it. Today it is rather a space for relaxation, spa treatments. It welcomes the installation of a jacuzzi, a lot of cosmetic accessories. For many visitors, a bidet is a must.

The theme of the fusion of man with nature remains in fashion. Therefore, the installation of large panoramic windows is welcomed, which would reveal the beauty of the local landscape. This is especially true for country hotels. If there are mountains, forests, other natural objects nearby, it is worth installing panoramic windows. They will create a special atmosphere of spaciousness in the room, a feeling of a large amount of air.

When creating an interior, the use of natural, natural materials is welcome. You can install decor in the form of a waterfall, create installations in the form of green spaces, etc. At the same time, natural materials must be combined with practicality and modern technological advances. It is considered fashionable to have a corner with a table for a laptop in the room, because today the life of a business person is unthinkable without computer technology.

Popular interior styles

Today, a variety of styles of hotel interiors are in fashion. The most popular are:

  • Baroque.
  • Country.
  • Classic.
  • Modern.
  • Chalet.
  • East style.
  • Loft.
  • High tech.

Each of these styles has its own characteristics. So, the baroque style is suitable for luxury apartments. This is expensive (often antique) furniture, rich decor, silk wall trim, etc. Accents can be made in the form of paintings in this style. The baroque interior looks expensive.

A respectable, solid classic does not go out of fashion. This interior is subject to clearly established rules. It is impossible to break the stylistic concept. It can be traced in every element of the interior, from the reception to the rooms.

Modern allows you to create light interiors filled with air and a sense of spaciousness. Woody, plant themes abound here, stained-glass windows and natural materials are used. Glass and metal effectively complement the interior.

Country

The interior is suitable for a country hotel. It allows you to create a relaxed, relaxed atmosphere. The style is simple, concise, but at the same time it is permeated with comfort and coziness.

The color palette is predominantly light. The interior resembles a house in a village. There is a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for a small or country hotel complex.

East style

The interior of the hotel in oriental style assumes the presence of a fountain in the lobby. The decoration contains Arabic motifs. There are vaulted ceilings, bright colors, carved wooden furniture. Particular attention is paid to textiles, handicrafts (ceramic figurines, carpets, jewelry, etc.).

In Russia and the CIS, interesting hotel projects are rare - for obvious reasons. However, there are several hotels. Our selection includes ten Russian designer hotels, two in Georgia, and one each in Azerbaijan and Ukraine, with room rates ranging from 2,350 to 30,000 rubles per night.

The interior is also dominated by natural materials (wood, marble, linen) and colors (chocolate, vanilla, sand), and the furniture made by B&B Italia according to Antonio Citterio's designs especially for the hotel does not shout about its exclusivity, but is organically included in the space. // barvikhahotel.com

In working on the project of this hotel, its owner Vladimir Klitschko became for the designers Anatoly Kirik and Marina Leo what Stalin was for Iofan: an ideologist and, in fact, a co-author. Which speaks only in favor of the boxer: the hotel has become the only one in the CIS that is included in the Design Hotels international association. In addition, in 2012 it won the International Hotel Award for Best Small Hotel. The narrow eleven-story building with a granite facade unites modern design and 19th architecture century. The interior of the hotel is dominated by mirrors and glass - which means air and lightness, which are always in short supply in large capitals. // 11mirrors-hotel.com

Nata Dzhanberidze and Keti Toloraya from the Rooms Bureau came up with a compelling reason not to leave the village. The mountains, which through the panoramic windows of all rooms enter the space of the hotel and construct it, of course, attract all the attention of the hotel guests. The interior, as it were, only frames this grandiose picture: natural wood, stones, light and air, home comfort that does not contradict modern conciseness - if there is a place more in tune with Kazbek, then only a tent under its top. // roomshotel.ge

When open: June 2011
Architecture/Design: Vladimir Grigoriev / Antonio Citterio
How much is the night:on booking.com - from 14,160 rubles. per double room (breakfast not included)

Hotels of the W network have some constant that does not change from city to city (for example, a branded W-bed), and a variable that expresses the author's style of designers and architects. In this case, the Italian designer Antonio Citterio also had the task of fitting the hotel into a culturally and historically rich urban context. Citterio brilliantly coped with the task - literally in places: chrome and gold dominate in the color scheme. The restrained beauty, straight lines and open spaces characteristic of St. Petersburg form the interiors of the W Hotel, into which the dome of St. Isaac and other views of the city penetrate through the huge windows as the most important detail. // wstpetersburg.ru

It cannot be said that the architectural solution of the hotel was striking in its novelty and courage, but, perhaps, this is exactly what a lifetime monument to a successful resource-based economy should look like: glass, symmetry and elevation above the city. The specialists of the British firm ReardonSmith, with all evidence, acted within the framework of the order - and settled in this Procrustean box with all possible elegance. And although the rooms at the JW Marriott Absheron are quite standard for a five-star hotel, without interior revelations, the designer managed to solve the most difficult task in the lobby and other public spaces. Namely - to pronounce the word luxury so that it does not sound abusive. // marriott.com

Architecture/Design: Mateo Thun, Domus Aurea Design Interiors Group
How much is the night: on booking.comfrom 23 200 rub. per double room (breakfast included)

A vivid example of a sharp, and therefore spectacular, discrepancy between form and content: minimalism in the packaging of Stalinist architecture. The living quarters were designed by the court decorators of the Queen of the Netherlands Beatrix - Suzanne Logger and Patrick Brugman from Domus Aurea Design Interiors Group. They have developed every detail of the interior of all forty rooms of the hotel especially for Rodina. There is, however, a semantic link between the outside and the inside - public spaces with marble floors and crystal chandeliers, designed by the Italian Mateo Thun, throw a bridge from Stalinist neoclassicism to modern ideas of beauty and comfort. // grandhotelrodina.ru

It's no secret that the design of a hotel is largely determined by its location. So, for a large business center, modern hotels with a minimalist design are more typical. Such hotels are designed for business travelers, they are usually equipped with conference rooms and small meeting rooms.

But hotels in resort areas, as a rule, are more authentic. Such hospitality establishments draw inspiration from local culture and traditions. Think of a bungalow in the Maldives or an ice hotel in Sweden.

All photos In the photo: Design of a spa hotel in oriental style

When choosing a locality for a hotel, any hotelier will focus on the payback and occupancy rates of hotels in this region, as well as on the level of competition. And here it is important to understand that the profitability of a hotel room will depend not only on the number of tourists in this area, but also on the interior design. And the higher the competition between hotels in the region, the more important the design project is. Comparing offers of a close price range, the traveler in any case will choose the hotel whose interior photos attract him more.

1. Hotel in a resort town

All photos In the photo: Art Deco hotel design in a resort town

The design of a hotel in a resort town should ideally take into account the orientation of the resort. So, chalets are relevant for hotels in ski regions. Many hotels here offer luggage storage services for ski equipment. But hotels located in seaside resort areas can often offer their guests a pool and a huge selection of cafes and restaurants. Much depends on the level of the resort. So, in Cannes, where world stars gather for the film festival every year, you will find many luxurious hotels, the design of which is sustained in the best traditions of art deco or classics.

2. Five star hotel

The design of a five-star hotel or a boutique hotel will require the greatest financial outlay. Hospitality establishments of this level require exclusive design solutions. Considerable investment will require decor and finishing materials.

All photos In the photo: Design of the lobby of a five-star hotel

In contrast to the lower level of “stardom”, where it is enough to develop a couple of projects for the room stock, in luxury hotels, often each room has a unique design, or at least some detail that distinguishes it from the rest of the apartments.

3. Facade architecture and hotel design

All photos In the photo: Design of the facade of the hotel in the Art Deco style in the resort town

The unity of exteriors and interiors in the design of the hotel is the key to its harmony. It is clear that the number of rooms, equipped at the level of a five-star hotel, is difficult to imagine in a typical Brezhnev high-rise building. But the old mansion, which once belonged to representatives of a famous noble family, is ideal for a boutique hotel. The art deco facade of the hotel in the photo is designed in such a way that the interior design of the hotel contributes a lot to the exterior. Through panoramic windows decorated with columns on the outside, richly decorated stair galleries with massive multi-tiered chandeliers and openwork balustrades are viewed.

Hotel design from a photo. Development of planning solutions

If you don't know where to start with hotel design, then think about planning decisions. It is important to understand that when designing the layout of any hospitality establishment, certain restrictions must be taken into account due to safety rules. To receive the official "star" status, the hotel must meet certain criteria. A five-star hotel will require a whole range of infrastructure facilities: cafes, restaurants, spas, conference rooms. All these institutions should be included in the design project of the hotel.

4. Hall design in a five-star hotel

All photos In the photo: Interior design of a five-star hotel

The hall for a five-star hotel is, perhaps, even more important than the foyer for the theater. After all, this place serves as both a reception and a workplace for a whole team of administrators, security guards and porters. Hotel lobbies almost always have lounge areas with armchairs, tables and sofas where guests can wait for a taxi or make an appointment. It is important to understand that the higher the "star" level of the hotel, the larger the hall should be. Indeed, in the same five-star hotels, several check-in counters are equipped. It is believed that guests in hotels of this level should not stand in line for a minute.

5. Lift hall

All photos In the photo: The design of the elevator hall in the hotel in the Art Deco style

The elevator lobby is the place where guests inevitably end up after registering in the lobby. The design of this area should correspond to the general interior concept of the hotel. The photo above uses columns and ceiling lights that we can see in other public areas of this hotel. Artistic panels with green palm trees serve as a reminder that the hotel is located in a warm resort area.

6. Lounge areas in hotels

All photos In the photo: Design of the lounge area in the hotel

Lounge areas in hotels are meeting places, a waiting area, and even a personal mini-office where you can sit down with a laptop in order to check your mail or agree on a couple of work issues. When creating a hotel design, it is important to consider the location of these zones. As a rule, sofa groups are located on the ground floor of the hotel, in the lobby with reception desks. But if we are talking about a large hotel, then lounge areas can be placed on the upper floors. In the design of the hotel in the photo, sofa groups are equipped on the staircase galleries.

7. Interior design of a hotel restaurant

All photos In the photo: Design of a restaurant at a resort hotel

Today, even very budget hotels have their own cafes, where guests are offered continental breakfasts, and hot dinners are served in the evenings. Not to mention large five-star hotels, the restaurants of which are in demand not only among travelers, but also among citizens. If you want the cafe to become an additional source of income, then it is important, in addition to the menu, to come up with an original interior design for it. The area of the restaurant is determined by the number of rooms in the hotel. The number of places in a catering establishment should be proportional to the capacity of the hotel's room stock.

8. Gallery on the second floor

All photos In the photo: Art Deco hotel gallery design

The upper floors of hotels can be built according to the classical corridor principle. However, if the architecture of the building allows you to organize round galleries indoors, then this opportunity should definitely be used. And the areas of such gallery spaces can be used for lounge areas. In five-star hotels, galleries often host small classical music concerts.

9. Bedroom design in a hotel room

All photos In the photo: Design of a hotel room in art deco style

When working on the design of a hotel room, it is important to understand that for the convenience of guests, the space here should be as functional as possible. In addition to the sleeping area, which is certainly the main one, it is also important to find a place for a table here, because most travelers on vacation devote several hours a day to working at a computer. Even in a very tiny hotel room, a TV is always equipped. And you can visually make the space seem more spacious with the help of mirrors.

10. The interior of the living room in the hotel room

All photos In the photo: Design of a living room in a hotel room

Rooms of the category of suites, apartments of an increased area provide for the arrangement of a full-fledged living room in the room. Rooms with separate rooms for receiving guests and relaxing today can be found even in budget hotels, not to mention expensive hotels. On the one hand, the design of such a living room should impress with its original approach and unusual finishes. But, at the same time, it is important to understand that, no matter how exclusive the design project is, the guest in the room should be as comfortable and cozy as at home.

11. Bathroom in a hotel room

All photos In the photo: Design of a bathroom in a hotel room

The design of a bathroom in a hotel room is an example of comfort. As a rule, showers are equipped here. However, deluxe rooms usually include bathtubs. The interior of the bathroom should adhere to the concept chosen for the room as a whole.

Choice of style for hotel design

The choice of style for hotel design is largely determined by the level of "stardom" of the institution. For budget hotels, pompous classics or art deco is an unprofitable solution. Such style directions require considerable capital investments. They are most often chosen for five-star hotels. Four-star hotels can also be designed in classic or modern style.

12. Hotel design in oriental style. A photo

The oriental style for the design of the hotel in the photo above allowed the author of the project, Anzhelika Prudnikova, to use a lot of gold in the room, thanks to which the interior began to resemble the fabulous gardens of sheikhs. A fountain in the center of the hall, classic sofas covered with red velvet, richly decorated columns, a cascading chandelier, massive golden candlesticks - all this creates an atmosphere of luxury and bliss.

13. Hotel design in art deco style. A photo

All photos In the photo: Hotel design in Art Deco style

The design of the hotel in the Art Deco style in the photo is able to surprise guests with the richness and elegance of decoration. Lush golden chandeliers with pendants, flowers in vases, columns decorated with snow-white "necklaces" - thanks to all these decorative elements, the hotel becomes like the salon of the mansion of the richest American nouveau riche.

14. The interior of the hotel in a modern style. A photo

All photos In the photo: Room design in a modern style in a hotel

By opting for a modern style, you can save some money on decor. After all, the design of the hotel, which gravitates towards this style direction, basically adheres to minimalism. Therefore, here you can get by with a minimum amount of decor. Modern style is suitable for expensive five-star hotels. Even if the public areas of a luxury hotel are designed in the spirit of classics or art deco, you can choose a modern style for the design of the rooms, as in the photo above.

Hotel design. Selection of colors

As for the color palette, the design of the hotel now boldly uses combinations that are usually avoided in the design of apartments and houses. If at home we prefer classic beige and chocolate shades and pastels, fearing that a more eccentric palette will become boring over time, then at the hotel we can allow a little experimentation with colors. However, this does not negate following certain canons. So, in the design of a Mediterranean-style hotel, you will find a lot of blue and blue. And the Provence-style hotel will enchant with the tenderness of lavender hues.

15. Gold and red in hotel design. A photo

All photos In the photo: Hotel design in oriental style

Golden and red is the best color solution for the design of an oriental style hotel, as in the photo above. This color scheme is especially in demand in hotels located in the Arab regions. It is optimal for creating an atmosphere of luxury and limitless excess. Therefore, owners of luxury hotels often turn to her.

16. Hotel design with turquoise accents. A photo

All photos In the photo: Design of the reception area in a five-star hotel

Turquoise accents will bring the freshness of the ocean breeze to the design of the hotel. This palette is often used in combination with white. In the interior of the hotel in the photo, the accents are the turquoise lines of the illumination of the ceiling lamps.

The milk-chocolate range in interior design has long and deservedly been recognized as a classic. This palette gives the space restraint and dignity. It can be used in almost any interior, regardless of the chosen style.

Blurred pink pastels perfectly complement the champagne lounge area in the hotel.

Accessories, art and antiques in the design of the hotel. A photo

One of the surest ways to create a unique hotel interior design is to use art in the interior. Paintings by famous artists, sculptures, porcelain collections, antique furniture will add value to the design project.

The domed vault of the hotel, decorated with true royal generosity with gilded stucco, stained-glass windows and chandeliers worthy of Venetian palaces, will become one of the main decorations of the hotel atrium.

Another decoration that will bring a little palatial luxury to the design of the hotel lobby. A long cascading chandelier, descending almost to the middle of the room, always looks expensive and spectacular. This ceiling lamp is ideal for hotel design in art deco or classic style.

21. Textured columns in the hotel stairwell

Columns of Corinthian or Ionic orders are good in classical style interiors. If the design of the hotel is decided in the art deco style, like the hotel in the photo, then some original decor should be provided for the colonnade. Columns can be decorated, for example, with stucco.

22. Golden crystal curtains in the hotel lobby

Golden crystal curtains are not just a very effective decoration that adds extra shine to the room, but also an excellent means of zoning the space.

23. Oriental motifs in the design of a hotel room

Oriental motifs in the design of the hotel help to add a drop of noble luxury of Moroccan palaces to the modern space. A crystal chandelier, a pair of silver lamps resembling aroma lamps, panels with ornate patterns that repeat on graphite-colored curtains - all this gives the design of the hotel room in the photo an exotic charm of Arabian fairy tales.

24. Illuminated onyx in the design of the reception area

Illuminated onyx can be used to decorate the reception desk. The golden hues of this mineral add warmth to the space, so onyx inserts are often used in monochrome light spaces.

25. Flowers in a vase

All photos In the photo: Hotel design in the art deco style from the portfolio of Anzhelika Prudnikova

Flowers in vases that decorate the public areas of the hotel always add coziness and femininity to the space. However, their selection must be approached with great care. The palette and shape of flower bouquets should harmoniously fit into the overall space.

The design of the hotels in the above photos was developed taking into account all the regulatory requirements for this type of premises. When working on these projects, the designers of Anzhelika Prudnikova Studio tried to do everything to ensure that the interiors helped the sales of the room stock.

The interior is the first thing that people pay attention to when choosing a hotel in a suitable area. We are ready to develop a design project for hotels, including a brand book for the future chain.

Design begins to work for you already at the stage of acquaintance of potential guests with the hotel on the Internet, distinguishing it from a number of others. Among your clients there are those willing to pay for a special atmosphere, and we are ready to create it.

We work with all types of modern hotel base: boutique hotels, spa hotels, business hotels, condominiums, apartments, guesthouses, B&B. We are familiar with the provisions of the state hotel classification system and the current regulatory framework.

I sincerely congratulate you on the opportunity to be a hospitable host hotel business. The instability of economic conditions and exchange rates created excellent prerequisites for the development of domestic tourism. The traffic of foreign tourists is also increasing.
Below are a few rules for creating a successful hotel design. We'll be happy to be of service!

Each stage is a complete cycle, as a result of which certain decisions are made and adjustments are made.

At the preliminary stage(if necessary) we can help you choose a room, we are ready to assess the capital condition of real estate and engineering systems.

A part of our project will be a functional scheme that takes into account the specifics of your family's lifestyle in the development perspective for the next 5-7 years.

The project is carried out on the basis of the Program-Assignment for design. We will help you compose it.

The result of our staged work is a space tuned for successful life.

Interior concept

It reflects zoning, which forms the most rational arrangement of the main functional areas and auxiliary premises, taking into account their interconnections. This stage is adjusted to complete satisfaction of your functional requirements. Architectural graphics reflect the arrangement of furniture and basic technological equipment. When designing, the current requirements of construction, fire and sanitary standards are taken into account.

Based on the decisions made at this stage, the cost of labor and materials can be roughly estimated. The architectural concept is the first task for related specialists in engineering sections (electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and is corrected and detailed at the next stages as a result of joint work.

In some cases, based on the results of our Concept, it is possible to proceed to a number of construction works, for example, the dismantling of partitions and unsuitable equipment or the installation of a screed.

Design Project Interior

It is carried out on the basis of the experience and imagination of a team of architects and decorators in accordance with your personal wishes in terms of colors, specific interior elements.

At this stage, you must select an Engineering team. The class of engineers and the cost of their services is highly dependent on the Architectural concept. We are not tied to a specific sub-contractor - we select a team taking into account specific tasks. Often a civil works contractor prefers to fabricate part of the engineering sections in-house. Such organization of design work saves the Customer's resources and improves the quality of work.

Now the work is going in two directions: engineers and designers are developing sections of structures, heating, ventilation, electrics, etc.), and the architect is creating presentation tablets-collages, showing you samples of finishing materials (stone, wood, tiles, metal elements, etc.). .), selection of color palette and decorative surfaces.

Project documentation at this stage includes: partition plan, furniture layout plan, floor plan, ceiling plan, wall sweeps, 3D visualization of the future interior. In addition, a tablet is provided with samples of the main proposed finishing materials (carpet, glass, wood paneling, stone, etc.).

Stage materials will comply with all engineering projects (performed by a licensed engineering company under a separate agreement).

Based on the materials of the Design Project stage, it is possible to estimate construction work and materials with an accuracy of 15%, hold a tender for the supply of materials and equipment, and, if necessary, adjust future costs.

Working Documentation

Based on the decisions made at the Design project stage, detailed drawings are created showing the premises, drawings of assemblies and parts, specifications, etc. are prepared. These drawings are necessary for construction work. On the basis of such a complete document, it is possible to estimate with maximum accuracy and, if necessary, adjust future costs, select a contractor and safely begin construction work.

Decorating work

As an additional service we offer decorating works. This is a service for the selection of interior items, furniture, upholstery materials, textile draperies, sculptures, photographs, paintings and decorative elements, conducting appropriate framing and other design work.

Sometimes just one decorative accent is enough to transform a space.

The presentation material will include the following project documentation:

Updated floor plans with furniture placement at M1:50; M1:25

Refined Sections and developments of the walls of the premises in M1:50; M1:25

Computer visualization of premises with selected furniture, upholstery, textile drapery, sculpture, photographs, paintings and other decorative and design elements, in the amount necessary and sufficient for the Customer to understand the proposed aesthetics (views at the discretion of the Contractor).

Stage Decorating includes trips to art and furniture stores, galleries in Moscow, work with manufacturers' catalogs, etc.

Trips to international furniture and art exhibitions are possible.

Architectural supervision of construction guarantees the execution of works in strict accordance with the design documentation. Regular departure of specialists throughout the construction work allows you to control the quality of the work carried out, as well as finishing and general construction materials.

The amount of time required for field supervision depends on the qualifications of the contractor, as well as on the complexity of design solutions and the selected work technologies.

We produce unique professional furniture. The best technologists, production in the Moscow region. Only certified materials and full compliance with the requirements of medical expertise.

We love to design and manufacture furniture and interior items ourselves, collaborating with local craft workshops, factories and technologists. This is the only effective way to create unique spaces that reflect the ideology of your object as much as possible. In addition to the patriotic motive, an alliance with a domestic manufacturer, with the right organization and control of work, is faster, cheaper and more flexible.

What is difficult to implement in Russia, we get from Europe and China. So, when designing interactive installations using the latest information and kinematic technologies, we cooperate with British technologists, it turns out to be more efficient (easier to organize and cheaper).

How much time is needed for the competent implementation of repair and finishing work?

If it is necessary to make repairs, then the minimum construction period is 20 working days.

It is possible with continuous organization of work in 2-3 shifts. But this may not work due to the proximity to residential apartments, since almost all construction work is associated with noise production. The current legislation allows noisy work during strictly allotted hours (sanitary norms on noise). AT residential buildings it is forbidden to carry out work on Sundays and public holidays from 22.00 to 10.00 and on weekdays, earlier than 8.00 and later than 21.00. It is forbidden to use in the production of work equipment and tools that cause an excess of the permissible level of noise and vibration. The time of work can significantly limit the charter of the HOA and the decisions of the house management.

In this situation, the time for a full repair will increase to 2 - 4 months.

In parallel with the construction work, we are engaged in the production of built-in furniture. It is rational to form an order 1.5 - 2 months before the expected date of completion of all work.

Hotel interior design. 5 rules for a successful business

Every square inch works for you

We optimize space: we minimize corridors and transit zones. We calculate the optimal size of the rooms. In locations with high land prices, without compromising comfort, we reduce the size of the rooms: by transforming the rooms in terms of bathrooms and dressing rooms, we develop techniques that visually increase the space. We create planning flexibility through technologies of connected rooms and modules.

When designing the interior of the hotel, we try to ensure that the service functionality works not only for hotel customers, but also for the potential of the city and local residents bringing additional income to the hotel.
