My rating of the best beaches in the world 2017
In four years, my top of the best beaches has changed a lot.
If in the previous article I loved Caribbean region- the main number of favorite beaches was there, now the Caribbean closes the list.
Now, going to rest on the sea, I in addition to the budget of the trip, I also evaluate the hardships of the road: flight duration, airline service, ease of movement and transfers on the spot.
The Caribbean is not an option, and I wrote about this when I returned from another trip from Central America:.
However, the criterion for evaluating the beach for me is the same and I quote myself:
What is the best beach in the world for me
- clean, clear and fairly calm water;
- convenient entry into the water - in order to swim I do not have to walk 100 meters knee-deep;
- the cleanliness of the beach
The best option: coral white sand, which does not heat up in the sun like a frying pan
- a minimum of people on the beach.
If sausages are launched on a parachute on the beach, jet skis are rattling - this beach is going to suck;
- maximum wildlife: I like to have something other than seal lying next to the beach, because I can’t lie on the beach for more than 5 minutes.
The easiest and most affordable vacation for me at sea is this.

We have chosen 10 places where you can swim and sunbathe, for every taste and budget!
To begin with, let's go over the places where you can sunbathe without additional costs for renting sunbeds, there is no entry fee to the beach.
silver Forest- the oldest family vacation spot opens our list. There are both paid beaches and free recreation areas where you can sit on the grass surrounded by a pine forest on the banks of the Moscow River. Swimming is allowed here.

Another favorite vacation spot Gorky Park offers a large selection of areas for lovers of sunbathing. At the entrance to the park on a green lawn, you can find giant pillows of bright orange color. If you go deeper, in front of the summer cinema "Pioneer" there are beautiful swinging sun loungers for two. And on wooden deck chairs you can sunbathe right on the pond or on the banks of the Moskva River, the reference point for you will be the Olive Beach. A soft sunbed is provided for the entrance fee. But next door there is a well-equipped shower area, and even with free entry. Here you can sunbathe on a personal towel and a wooden terrace in the form of steps. Swimming is prohibited here.

There is a free city beach where you can swim in the Vodny Stadion metro area. On the beach "Levoberezhny"» you can swim, play volleyball, and the children will find something to do in the children's town. For their safe swimming in the pond, a paddling pool is fenced off.
Address: Coastal passage, property 5-7, from the Vodny Stadion metro station, bus number 65 directly to the beach.
In addition to the banks of the Moscow River, there are also lakes and ponds where you can sunbathe, and in some places even swim. There is a sandy beach with free entrance in the Kosino area on the White Lake. This pond is suitable for swimming, perfect for those who live in the neighborhood.
Address: pos. Kosino, st. Zaozernaya. You can get there: from the Vykhino metro station by any minibus.
Another lake is Meshcherskoe, which is in the southwest of the capital. The beach here is small, but sandy, swimming is allowed, but, in our opinion, not clean enough.
Address: st. Voskresenskaya, 5. From the Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station, bus number 66, the stop is the final one.
For residents of the south of Moscow there are wonderful Borisov Ponds.
Here you can sunbathe, there is a well-groomed sandy beach with free entry, but without the possibility of swimming.
Address: st. Borisovskie Prudy, 2a, from the Kashirskaya metro station, buses 738, 740.
There are several more pleasant areas for recreation with all the infrastructure, but there is an entrance fee. Here you will be offered a soft sunbed and a towel, on the territory you can use the shower and changing cabins, on the territory there are restaurants, cafes and other "entertainment".
Rublyovo beach in Picturesque Bay is considered, perhaps, the cleanest and most democratic paid beach in Moscow. The place is youthful and crowded. Here you can play volleyball, rent a boat or a catamaran, stand on water skis. The beach is open from 9 am to 9 pm, guests can use the shower, there are cafes and restaurants on the territory, as well as fountains with drinking water. There are parties with guest DJs.

Atmosphere on the renovated beach Monterosso Beach very cheerful and not at all Moscow. White sand, bright sofas, green lawns and potted flowers everywhere. For sunbathing you will be offered a sun lounger for rent. , a playground, and for adults - a scooter and windsurfing rental station. For noisy companies - karaoke, a restaurant and a bar with a dance floor.

Rest zone Super Beach in Strogino holds open-air parties. On the territory there are tents, white sofas, green lawns, a pier for boats, playgrounds for playing football, volleyball and ping-pong. Also on the beach there is a restaurant with good food.

beach club- the most expensive and respectable beach in Moscow. Once here, you forget that you are in the capital. The atmosphere of a Mediterranean resort is created here - white tents, sun loungers with umbrellas, pleasant lounge music, a restaurant with good cuisine, a well-groomed sandy beach and a view of parked yachts. There is an organized volleyball court, you can rent a scooter or right on the beach.

The beach-swimming season has started in the capital, and it's official. More than a hundred well-maintained areas near the water have opened throughout the city, but Rospotrebnazdor recommends swimming in only eight of them. Only in these places the service regularly monitors the quality of water and the sanitary and epidemiological situation. Moreover, departmental rescue stations and first-aid posts are constantly working only here, and the beaches themselves are equipped with a safe and convenient descent into the water, have changing rooms, showers and toilets. So where to look for a resort in the capital? Let's talk in detail.
Beach "Levoberezhny"

Important: swimming on the beach is temporarily suspended
In the warm season, Levoberezhny attracts not only the inhabitants of the district of the same name, but also, perhaps, all Muscovites from the northern part of the city. No wonder: this place has always been popular due to the fine sand, grassy lawns, a field for sports games and a large children's town. After the improvement, the beach acquired additional infrastructure: wooden benches under a canopy, ping-pong tables, bike parking, new playgrounds with all kinds of climbing frames, bridges and swings. Sun loungers have appeared near the shore, where you can comfortably sit and, while sunbathing, look at the water and the swimmers.
And by the way, about swimming. The beach is located on the shore of a small bay, extending from the Canal to them. Moscow. You can get to the water directly from the beach, or you can use special slopes from wooden decks. There is a first-aid post on the territory, and lifeguards are on duty during the daytime.
Beach "Serebryany Bor - 2"

Serebryany Bor is a very picturesque place in itself (remember that it has the status of a specially protected natural area, read also:). That is why its beaches are so valuable: they are especially monitored for their cleanliness and well-being. The shore here is mostly covered with grass, but there is a sandy strip near the water itself. The swimming area is fenced, and here it is of paramount importance, because there is a pier for boats, yachts and boats very close by.
As for landscaping, there are locker rooms, showers, toilets, sunbeds for rent at the service of visitors. For children regularly entertainment programs. Next door is the Manor-Park complex with a restaurant and its own coastal area with more comfortable sun loungers and gazebos. There is also a car park nearby, but in order to get to it, you need to have a restaurant or yacht club visitor's pass. But even in this case, as the townspeople note, there may not be empty seats. It is much more convenient to get by public transport to the stop "Coast of the Moscow River" - from here the beach is within easy reach.
Beach "Serebryany Bor - 3"

The third beach of Serebryany Bor is much larger than the second. And much more popular: visitors note that on a day off, you can hardly find a free place here. For the same reasons, it is worth thinking about the road in advance - parking a car, despite the presence of a parking lot, is problematic, but there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
Beach number 3 is cheerful and noisy, surrounded on both sides by recreation areas in which music is always played. From other entertainment: cafes, sports grounds, gazebos, playgrounds for children, a volleyball field and even a tennis court (for a fee). You can sunbathe both on the sand near the shore and on the soft grass. The swimming area is fenced with buoys, and caution really does not hurt here: boats and jet skis cut through the line with might and main (read also: “25 places in Moscow where you can ride boats and catamarans”).

The Stroginsky backwater is sometimes jokingly called the "sea" - it is so huge (more than a kilometer long and almost two kilometers wide). It is located not so far from Serebryany Bor, but it is no less popular. Especially after the landscaping of 2017-2018, when the coastal area, which has always been a public beach, was equipped with wooden decks, benches and sun loungers. The paths, by the way, rise a little above the ground - this made it possible to preserve the natural landscape of the park and, of course, the sandy beach.
The bay was artificially created in the 1930s and gained a reputation as one of the most environmentally friendly in the city. However, it was not always possible to officially swim here. Now, at the service of vacationers - not only playgrounds, cafes and children's towns, but also a neat beach with pleasant water. In summer, they also like to ride jet skis and go in for sailing. Dare to try?
Recreation area "Troparevo"

The beach near the Troparevsky pond is not large, but pleasant and well-maintained. The sandy area rarely can accommodate everyone, and therefore many have to sit on the grass (for convenience, there are sun loungers here, but one must think that they are rarely empty). The reservoir is fed from springs, so the water is most often clear, but cold. Nevertheless, this rarely stops Muscovites: both adults and children bathe (they usually arrange a "paddling pool" for them). And those who are afraid prefer to take a boat or a catamaran - and just float by!
In general, everything is in order with entertainment in this recreation area: the pond is located in the center of the Tyoply Stan landscape reserve, in which there are many children's and sports grounds, quests and even events are held on the summer stage (it can be seen from the north side of the pond).
Recreation area "Meshcherskoye"

Meshchersky pond in the same name natural park- artificial and ancient (it began to be marked on maps in the 18th century). A picturesque corner attracts nature lovers, and a beautiful beach attracts everyone tired of the sun. After the improvement, many wooden structures have grown on the sandy shore. There are changing rooms, and benches under an umbrella, and sun loungers, and just wooden flooring. Everything is done in the same style, which, of course, is also pleasing to the eye.
There are playgrounds for children in Meshchersky. The only downside is that it's hard to park. Visitors are strongly advised to use public transport - otherwise do not separate. For example, it takes only 15 minutes to walk from the Skolkovo platform to the pond.
Lake Black

Black Lake really has a dark color - all because of the peat bottom (read also:). But you should not be afraid: the water here is considered very clean, and the reservoir itself is one of the most beautiful in Moscow. It is not surprising that the local beach has always attracted the residents of Zelenograd like a magnet - even when it could not boast of good infrastructure. Now the territory has a much more comfortable look: wooden deck chairs and colorful playgrounds have appeared. You can play beach games, relax on benches in the shade of trees, go in for sports in the workout area and, of course, swim (for children there is a separate "paddling pool").

Children's towns, workout zones, volleyball courts and a picturesque area for walking - all this is famous for School Lake in the settlement of Silino. The shore near the water is grassy, but there is golden sand in the beach area. There are also stationary parasols from the sun. The descent into the water is soft and safe, so children can also swim with adults. But for the little ones, a small “paddling pool” is still equipped - for the sake of the parents' peace of mind. There is a car park in the immediate vicinity of the beach, but its capacity leaves much to be desired. As an alternative - a bicycle: in the recreation area, along the coast, comfortable bike paths have just been laid out.

White Beach is the most famous and longest beach in Boracay. The length of the beach is 4 km. Most of the most expensive hotels on the island are located here. The white beach is unique due to the white sand, fine as flour, and the clearest azure water.
This beach looks like paradise, just like from the Bounty advertisement. The beach is perfectly clean, it is forbidden to drink, smoke and eat food. White Beach does not belong to any of the hotels and is public, so you can walk freely on it wherever you wish.
