Club tropicana 3 tunisia. Holidays with children: conditions, animation, entertainment

I completely agree! Was there in May 2008. and I can say that the hotel is far from the best. The furniture really let us down and this is putting it mildly for the money that was not paid for the cheapest room. I’ve been to Thailand and I don’t remember how many times, but Tropicana left the worst impressions even on my local friends, who, by the way, work at the receptions of other hotels. Unfortunately, I don’t have the opportunity to settle in these hotels, because. hotel owners forbid their employees from...

Gentlemen, I do not recommend this hotel. In Thailand for more than 4 times and for lack of other favorite hotels, I had to settle in the Tropicana, because. late in Thai New Year. In addition to a large balcony in the room, a deep pool did not see anything good. The staff (reception) is not very friendly compared to other hotels. Everyone knows that Thailand is for active rest and it’s absolutely not necessary in the room, but I haven’t seen such old and shabby furniture in a superior room for a long time ...

Hotel Reviews 2007 of the year

Were in this hotel in the period from 1st to 15th March 2007. I must say right away that you need to take only Superior rooms - since in this case you will live in an excellent room of a large area with a huge balcony, a very decent bathroom in the main building. If you are not lucky and you get a Standard room, then you will live in a Cambodian refugee shelter with windows on the bus stop or on a neighboring building. Nutrition - in no case do not eat tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables. My other half is...

Arrived with friends on 03/25/2007. Have a great rest! The hotel is also very good, although not quite new, but everything is quite clean and tidy. There is no hairdryer in the rooms, no iron either, but you can use the laundry and dry cleaning services for very symbolic money. The location of the hotel is very advantageous - on the first line from the sea, the city center, you can walk to Walkin Street in about 20 minutes. The hotel area is immersed in greenery and flowers. I highly recommend it!...

The plus point of the hotel is its central location - everything is close to shops, boats to sail to the islands, restaurants and cafes. The sea is dirty because this is a city beach. We sailed to the islands on a boat, gathered 10 people and for 2500 baht the whole day on the island. On the island, the sea is clean and beautiful with bright blue water and white coral sand. They lived in the old building. Room with old furniture, ants and even met lizards. Bed linen and towels were washed and stained. The air conditioner is noisy. Breakfast is simple...

The hotel if you are going to take a standard room full of SHIT. In the Tropicana, the two halves of the new-(song) old-(hut) greedy settle there. The rest of the hotel is located in the center of the center is not close everywhere. There is a garden at the hotel, but the little servants are not tense. Do you want cemetery accessories and relaxation in the same spirit to you in TROPIKUKU. Krasnodar city. Nikolay. returned 03/20/07...

Hotel Reviews 2006 of the year

for a three-ruble note - put - "5". There are few Russians, the hotel was generally half empty. I open one - parking of city buses, motorcycles, etc.; I open the second - the wall ... we went to the reception for half a vacation, to which they told us "tomorrow", tomorrow would probably never come if the mfs had not come with things to the reception and announced their intention to spend the night pr ...

The African state of Tunisia is a popular holiday destination for tourists from Russia and Europe. Every year, thousands of people are attracted by affordable prices in local hotels, a mild and truly healing Mediterranean climate, exotic African landscapes and a huge number of attractions and historical places. Anyone who is just planning to spend a vacation in this country will certainly be interested in Club Hotel Tropicana & Spa 3 * - a three-star hotel with an excellent reputation that has earned an impressive amount of rave reviews from Russian tourists.

About the hotel

The resort area where Tropicana 3 * "(Skanes) is located is located near the ancient city of Monastir, the former historical spiritual center of Tunisia. Like many hotels in this African country, the hotel was built back in the mid-80s. Recent repair and renovation work took place quite recently - in 2012. Today's Tropicana Hotel - a snow-white European-style building with small comfortable rooms - offers its guests not only sea vacation according to a convenient system all inclusive, but also a large selection of entertainment and SPA-procedures.

The hotel complex Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Tunisia) is part of the Magic Life Hotels chain, however, cooperation with Russian tour operators has been carried out relatively recently, the last few years. During this period, the hotel complex has attracted many guests with affordable prices and won a lot of positive feedback from Russian tourists.

An interesting fact about this Tunisian hotel: there is a hotel with the same name in Spain. The location of the Spanish Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * - Mallorca (an island that has long been a mega-popular tourist destination for Europeans). On the tourist forums there are many reviews about the Spanish hotel and from Russian guests. Tunisian and Spanish "Tropicana" due to the similarity of names are often confused, leaving reviews about the rest. Tropicana 3 * (Majorca) also has a "three-star" rating. However, prices for accommodation and services on the island of Mallorca are much higher. Also, the Spanish hotel can be found on the websites of tour operators under the name Club Hotel Riu Tropicana 3 *.

Of course, when booking a tour, it is difficult to make a mistake and "confuse" Spain and Tunisia. But in some ways the Tunisian hotel and the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Majorca) are really similar. The reviews left about them by our compatriots are quite positive and support the opinion that a “three-star” vacation can also be comfortable and safe.

Infrastructure

Territory hotel complex- This is a fenced area with an area of about 40 thousand square meters. m, similar to a blooming oasis. The infrastructure of the Tunisian Tropicana Hotel includes:

  • Main building (four-story building with an elevator).
  • Two three-story buildings.
  • Car parking.
  • Internet cafe.
  • Two outdoor swimming pools (for children and adults), one indoor with heated water.
  • Two restaurants, main and premium.
  • Four bars.
  • Banquet (conference) hall.
  • Children's complex.
  • SPA-alon and sports grounds.
  • Hairdressing salon.
  • Doctor's office.
  • Laundry (self-service).

There is free Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel, although, according to the stories of tourists, the network “catches” very weakly and only not far from the reception or in the bar.

There is no special point for exchanging for local currency, dinar, in the hotel. This service can be provided to the guest if he contacts the reception. Russian tourists willingly share their observations in the reviews: it is much more profitable to exchange currency in the city. But, the same “experienced” tourists are advised to treat this procedure with great care: exchange for dinars only at special points and do not hesitate to carefully count everything yourself, because the employees of the city “exchangers” often “mistake” in their favor.

All information about the services provided to the guests of the Tunisian hotel, of course, can be found on the websites of tour operators. But you can fully form an opinion about the hotel by learning what they say about the hotel complex Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * reviews of 2016 on Russian tourist forums.

Beach, swimming pool

Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * is located on the first coastline. A picturesque path leads to the hotel beach, which is only 200 m away. What do Russian guests say about the beach area of the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * hotel?

  • The hotel beach is quite “capacious”, it stretches along the coastline for 250 m, so there is enough space for all vacationers even in the “hot” tourist months.
  • Great sand beach- the main feature of the entire resort area of Skanes. The beach is artificial, with pure imported sand, compares favorably with the usual pebble-sand beaches for these places. The entrance to the sea is gentle, very convenient even for small children.
  • Lifeguards work daily on the beach.
  • Beach equipment (chaise lounges and umbrellas) is always in sufficient quantity, provided to hotel guests free of charge. A mattress can be rented for an additional fee.
  • pollution sea water algae is one of the main problems of the entire Tunisian coast. If in calm weather the water in the sea is relatively clean, then even with a small storm it brings a lot of “islands” of algae to the hotel beach. Garbage and algae on the hotel beach are removed.
  • Every second tourist who visits Skanes warns of the possibility of being "stung" by jellyfish. Often there is advice to take a remedy for itching with you in this case, but the ointment can also be obtained from the hotel staff.
  • There are many local merchants on the beach, there is an opportunity to ride a camel.

Rooms

What rooms does Club Hotel Tropicana 3* (Tunisia) provide to its guests? Photos of the rooms can be seen a little lower in the article. The hotel fund has:

  • 244 rooms designed to accommodate two guests, with an area of 27 sq. m.
  • 66 quadruple rooms for up to four guests (31 sqm).
  • 7 family two-room suites for up to four guests (48 m2)
  • 1 deluxe room for up to three guests with a sea view. (70 m2).
  • 40 interconnected quadruple rooms.

Rooms in the hotel complex are equipped according to the "Standard" class. All rooms have access to a terrace or balcony. The furnishing and equipment of the room, apart from furniture, includes: TV, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom (shower and toilet). Some rooms additionally have a kitchenette and a refrigerator, a free safe for valuables. For small children, a baby cot can be placed in the room, this service is provided free of charge.

  • The rooms are not very big, but quite clean and neatly decorated.
  • The furniture is mostly new and in good condition.
  • Towels are changed daily. are not issued to guests.
  • Cleaning in the room is carried out exclusively on request, in the rooms there are special signs for this, which should be hung on the front door handle.
  • Bed linen is changed every 3-5 days. More often - only at the separate request of the guests.

A room that for some reason did not suit the guests of the hotel can be exchanged by contacting the reception. This service is paid, as a rule, it is offered to pay an additional fee of about $ 20. However, some guests managed to “bargain” and get a discount on this service or even move for free.

Nutrition

In addition to the hotel restaurant, which provides tourists with all-inclusive meals, there are 4 bars of various directions on the territory of the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Tunisia). Also available (premium).

In general, the all-inclusive restaurant at Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Tunisia) reviews are not just positive, but mostly enthusiastic. And first of all, this concerns compliance with sanitary standards, which in itself is a huge plus for a hotel in African country. Guests of the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * especially note:

  • Quality control and temperature control of food at the distribution of the "buffet". Many guests of Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * were impressed that the dishes served at the distribution were constantly monitored using a special tester.
  • Variety and taste of dishes. The kitchen in the hotel restaurant is quite traditional, meat dishes, poultry dishes, cereals, pasta, a large selection of vegetables are served daily. There are no complaints about the "overload" of food with spices. An excellent selection of desserts and pastries, fruits are served daily and in sufficient quantities.
  • There is an "open" kitchen: some dishes are prepared directly in front of the guests.
  • When this or that dish on " buffet” ends, it is replenished.
  • Spacious and roomy dining room. There is enough space for all visitors, so there is practically no need to book tables in advance.
  • Almost no queues.
  • Friendly, polite and very attentive waiters.
  • All drinks, including alcoholic ones, are of good quality.

Comments on the organization of the hotel restaurant are extremely rare. Most often, hotel guests do not like the following:

  • Hot drinks are served in the main restaurant during the morning hours only. The rest of the time you can bring hot drinks from the bar yourself, which is not very convenient.
  • "Weak" hood in the kitchen. The smells of cooking dishes, especially from fish, can be felt not only in the banquet hall, but also near the restaurant.
  • Seafood does not appear on the menu every day, and the choice of dishes from them is rather modest.
  • The quality of tap drinking water is extremely poor. Many guests preferred to buy bottled water in city supermarkets or at the nearest gas station.

About the hotel staff

Former guests of the hotel have repeatedly noticed the peculiarities of the temperament and work style of the local staff at the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Tunisia). Reviews of tourists characterize the hotel staff as calm, somewhat slow, but rather polite, smiling people. Someone is even a little annoyed by the slowness and regularity, but many tourists were satisfied with the friendly attitude of the staff.

The guests were very flattered by the efforts of the hotel employees to overcome the “language barrier”. Despite the fact that the official language is French, most of the hotel staff can communicate quite fluently in English language and even trying to learn Russian.

Tips, like most Tunisians, are accepted with gratitude by hotel employees. However, the absence of a “cash reward” does not affect the service.

Leisure, animation

About the hotel staff who provide leisure and organize shows at the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Tunisia), the reviews of 2016 are extremely unanimous: the animation in the hotel complex is called “incendiary”, “fiery”, “stunning”. Some of the tourists wonder how entertainment organizers can work almost around the clock in such an active rhythm. Already in the morning, the work of animators is “boiling” near the pool: they conduct aerobics, give dance lessons to everyone, Arabic, archery, organize fun competitions and group sports games. In the evening, guests are delighted with an evening show with music and bright costumes in the small amphitheater of the hotel, and incendiary discos are often held. Animation at the hotel is conducted in English, French, Arabic and, which Russian guests especially note, in Russian. Moreover, to one degree or another, all animators are “Russian-speaking”.

Most importantly, the work of animators at the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * (Tunisia) is characterized by Russian reviews as very unobtrusive. Entertainment is organized in such a way as not to interfere with other guests relaxing by the pool or at the bar.

Holidays with children: conditions, animation, entertainment

Former guests of the hotel often note the cordial, very attentive attitude towards children in the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 *. Reviews of children's entertainment in the hotel complex clearly confirm that this hotel is an ideal place for family vacation with kids. At the same time, the work of kids animators is especially emphasized, who never let the little guests get bored for a minute, constantly arranging games, various children's performances, and baby discos. The hotel's animators not only entertain, but also carefully look after the children, giving parents the opportunity to relax on the beach or by the pool.

The hotel has a special children's pool, a colorful playground, and a mini-club for children from four years old. What is especially important, comfortable conditions are also created in the restaurant for small guests: there is a separate children's menu, a child seat is provided.

beauty treatments

Separately, it is worth mentioning the many laudatory reviews addressed to the hotel SPA. According to the hotel guests, the SPA provides such a high-quality service that the procedures are booked even in neighboring hotels. Guests are offered a wide range of beauty treatments: massage and hydromassage wraps, thalassotherapy, cryotherapy, lymphatic drainage, peeling and much more. Salon employees select an individual program of procedures for each visitor, there is a fairly flexible system of discounts.

You can also pamper yourself with SPA procedures in the city of Monastir, in the center of which the SPA network successfully operates with a large selection of services at prices lower than in Russian cities.

Sports, outdoor games

In addition to sunbathing and swimming in the pool, the hotel complex gives guests the opportunity to "dilute" a relaxing holiday with sports games. On the territory of the Club Hotel Tropicana & Spa 3 * there are modernly equipped sites:

  • Mini golf course.
  • Canoe.
  • Football and beach volleyball courts.
  • Darts and archery.
  • Tennis courts (hard surface) and table tennis hall.
  • Water activities and sports (equipment rental and instructor services are paid extra).
  • Chess, billiard room.

Besides, resort area Skanes is known for its magnificent golf course. You can try your hand at this elite sport by visiting one of the local golf clubs. Just three km from the hotel complex, on the Monastir embankment, a large snorkeling and diving center for swimmers of all levels and a modern yacht club offer their services.

Paid services

In all-inclusive hotels, as a rule, there is a price list for services that provide paid entertainment or provide additional security and comfort. The bill for them is usually provided upon check-out from the hotel. The Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * is no exception, for a relatively small surcharge you can get the following services that are not included in the basic price:

  • Safe at reception.
  • Separate types active entertainment: squash field, water sports sports activities (on the hotel beach), parachute flight.
  • Solarium.
  • Turkish bath (hamam).
  • Massage services.
  • Jacuzzi.

What to see: excursions, attractions

Excursion trips will not only help diversify your vacation, but also give a lot of vivid impressions. What sights can be seen by tourists who have chosen the Club Hotel Tropicana 3 * hotel for recreation? Tunisia is located on the territory of the ancient Carthaginian civilization, famous for its victorious military campaigns. touch to ancient history of this legendary state, you can visit the ruins and catacombs of Carthage, located in the vicinity resort town Suss (Suss).

But visiting this city, located just 20 km from Skanes, is worth not only for the sake of the ruins of Carthage. Sousse is called a real "pearl" for tourists. Here you can find a holiday for every taste. For those who like to have fun around the clock, there is an incredible number of clubs, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, shops, discos. The city has a huge water park and a famous zoological garden. In August, Sousse turns into a huge "stage area" for the annual "Aussu" - a summer festival that includes a dance and music festival and a large carnival procession.

In addition, there are many historical sites in the city of Sousse. It is generally accepted that seaport, founded by Phoenician sailors, is older than Carthage itself. You can verify this by visiting the Medina - the historical part of any Tunisian city. In the vicinity of the Medina of the city of Sousse there are historical Museum in the building of an ancient castle, a military fortress made of stone, ancient mosques and early Christian catacombs, high military and religious towers, an archeological museum and the Dar Essid house-museum. And this is not a complete list of all the cultural and historical sites of this resort town,

A two-day tour of the Sahara desert is very popular with tourists. During the trip, tourists will see caves - Berber dwellings, a delightful oasis, a crocodile farm, the ruins of an ancient Roman amphitheater and natural scenery for filming the legendary Star Wars movie saga.

But a sightseeing tour of the nearby city of Monastir can be quite interesting entertainment. Many of the tourists who visited this historical locality, claim that Monastir is not very interesting, and the impression of ancient monuments is spoiled by a nondescript appearance modern buildings and a large amount of garbage on the streets. However, a guided tour can be quite educational. In the city you can see the historical part of the city, the Medina, the first buildings of which appeared in the Middle Ages. Here is the ancient leading its history from the XII century, the magnificent Mausoleum of Habiba Bourguiba (the first president of this country) and the colossal building of the Bourguiba Mosque, the ancient Great Mosque and the memory of the time of Turkish rule - the Brikcha Gate. In addition, in the vicinity of the Medina there is an ancient military fortress Ribat with a viewing platform.

There are several parks in the city, a beautiful promenade for leisurely walks, the Museum of Traditional National Costumes and the Museum of Islam and other interesting cultural sites. Shoppers can find shops and shops of souvenirs and local crafts in the city, visit the noisy and colorful Arab market.

This year we rested in the Tropicana for the third time. I read the reviews before leaving and got upset. The lack of hot water and construction nearby somehow did not inspire. There was nothing to do, everyone had to go. What changes awaited us? We were given the same number as the first time. How did you get back home. The same walls, the same toilet :) Everything works in the room, everything is in decent condition. Tamara works at the reception. The first two days at an air temperature of 27 degrees, it was cool, especially in the morning due to a strong cold wind (I would never have believed it if I had not seen it myself). The water temperature in the shower was barely warm. Most likely heated by the sun. For the same reason, the water in the pool was also not fresh milk. In the sea, by the way, too. As soon as it warmed up, life got better. hotthe water in the shower became hot, the pool warmed up, the sea too. About the construction next to the hotel. The construction is coming from the side of the second street next to the Discovery Hotel, through the fence from the Kaban building. Since we lived in the mine wing building, we didn’t hear the construction at all. I specifically asked the "Kabanovites", they said that they did not feel anxiety, because. during the day they are not in the hotel, but in the morning, in the evening and at night it is quiet at the construction site. From the side of the entrance to the hotel, on a large territory, there used to be a bus stop, cafes and a mini market. Now the territory is empty, fenced. The hotel is well maintained. Cleaning is good. Purchased new fluffy towels during our stay. The territory is still the same green and well-groomed, the birds also sing. The hotel was very quiet this time, despite being full. You can’t get away from Chinese tourists, they are there, but some have become quiet. There was no group swimming in the pool with laundry. There were no Indians this year at all. There are more Russian tourists over the years. The food, as always, is excellent. We tried to diversify from time to time. If this is not necessary, then it is better to go after 8.30. Chinese tourists will have breakfast, and new dishes will be added. The hotel staff is very accommodating. Requests are responded to promptly. We return here with pleasure. The staff hasn't changed in three years. It's nice to see familiar faces at the reception, in the dining room, pool staff, maids. This means that not only vacationers feel good here, but also employees. If you do not make claims to a three-star hotel, as to a five-star one, then you will definitely like Tropicana. Pluses of the hotel: + location relative to the city; + availability of green space; + large balconies with furniture; + the presence of a large swimming pool; + good breakfasts; + good mattresses, pillows, bed linen, towels; + friendly staff + the availability of single slippers. I wish Tropicana further development and good guests. You are great! And we'll be back.

As they say at school: 3 - satisfactory.
A three-star hotel, which, in my opinion, cannot be given a higher rating. Despite a pleasant first impression, living in it reveals a number of disadvantages. Having a relatively small experience of a beach-type holiday abroad, and not being a particular nitpick, in this case I really find it difficult to incline to a specific decision - to recommend a hotel or not. Let everyone, after reading this, decide for himself how significant these shortcomings are. Of course, a number of the described problems in one form or another occur in other hotels, so this does not mean that the Tropicana is bad, and all the rest are good.

ACCOMMODATION. For me, the main problem was the soundproofing in the room, which is missing a little less than completely. Still, you come to rest, respectively, and the conditions must be provided appropriate. It is clear that there should be entertainment so that guests do not get bored, but there should also be an opportunity to go to your own corner, where you can spend time calmly. Those who built this hotel obviously did not think about this. Doors and walls seem to be made of cardboard - you can hear almost everything through them! They watch TV in the next room - I can hear it. There is also air conditioning - I can hear its hum. People are talking in an average voice - you can hear it, damn it. Even a couple of times it was heard how they made love (not a joke!). The front doors of the rooms slam due to drafts if they are not held tight. Each such pop is scattered all over the floor, so be sure to hear every coming and going of other guests on the floor (in fact, few people try not to make noise out of respect for others, which is a pity). Finally, noise is also provided from the side of the street - constantly screaming music near the pool, animation there (it all stops only somewhere from 13 to 15), as well as evening dances and performances in the amphitheater (almost always lasts until 23, sometimes even later ). The windows and doors are plastic, but it's either in them or in the walls - the difference between the audibility when they are open and when they are closed is very small. In the second case, you will listen to the endless swotting of music. From all this, even earplugs did not save me - well, what kind of rest can we talk about? It remains only to either attend these events, even if you don’t feel like it or are not interested, or spend time in the lobby or in the bar. Note: about animation noise is relevant only for Sea rooms View (even numbers), on the other hand, it should be quite quiet. The view of the sea and the territory of the hotel, of course, is actually very good, but this is a double-edged sword (good view and noise, or view of the courtyard and the highway, but silence). To be honest, sometimes even thoughts arose to ask to be relocated to the other side, but the paid Sea View and the beauty outside the window still overpowered. By the way, on the fourth floor, the local music also merges with the music from the neighboring hotel (on the lower floors, probably better) - a cacophony comes out. Only one question arises - adults are okay, but how do children endure all this and fall asleep under it? At the same time, I am sure that the animation could be twice as quiet, and no one would lose anything from this - everything is perfectly audible “on the spot”.
As for the number itself, there are no complaints in general. Well cleaned, everything works (TV - 10-15 channels, 2 Russian). Only the drain in the sink and bathroom was barely - either it was clogged in my room, or it was specially made so that water would be spent less. Well, the consequence of 3 *: bottled water is not brought to the room, there is no refrigerator, there are no shampoos and other things (only liquid soap). The cleaners pretend to know English, but in reality, apart from "Hello, how r U?" nothing to say or understand :)

NUTRITION. Personally, I don’t need sophistication, I need simple and ordinary edible food, but at least with a minimal choice (I refuse to try incomprehensible-looking dishes). Are you saying all inclusive? Not all… Start simple - water. As I already wrote, they don’t give you a room, you have to dial in a cooler in a restaurant or a snack bar (although there is a piece of paper with a crossed-out bottle hanging there). Well, or buy at the bar, of course (tip: when leaving, take the bottle with you or hide it in your bag - they threw away the empty bottle during the next cleaning of the room, and there was nothing left but to buy a new one at the bar! Business ...). For breakfast, one thing is fried - either fried eggs, or an omelet (one name from it is a shaken egg with two pieces of sausage and something else can hardly be called a normal omelet), or pancakes. So you have to eat what they do, or limit yourself to cuts, salads, fried donuts and pastries, porridge (everything is quite edible, but annoying). There is only one soup for dinner. More precisely, a potato-flavoured broth, in which you put tomatoes, onions, peppers, greens and slices of bread as you wish. It will be boring in three days. Salads for lunch and dinner are average, I did not notice anything particularly outstanding. Is that a strange salad of sliced sausage, cheese and something else, obviously left over from breakfast ... Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard - everything is there, but for some reason not always butter. Fried, stewed meat, fish, chicken, all sorts of vegetables - there is. They also serve pretty good pizza in the restaurant. There are fruits, but always one thing - either only watermelons, only melons, plums, apricots, grapes. I wanted bananas and oranges, but for some reason they are not there. Ice cream happens, but rarely, in 10 days I found it only 3 times (or does it appear and it is immediately taken apart?). With regards to drinks - sheer nonsense with tea, coffee and juices, which are only for breakfast in the restaurant! For lunch and dinner, we put the cakes on a plate and go to the snack bar or the main bar and drink there. There are several types of coffee in coffee machines, but black was sometimes absent (green and fruit ones are, which few people drink, and black is not always brought on time). There is no lemon for tea at all. I don't drink alcohol so I can't say. There is no problem with gas. Juices concentrated.
Between the main meals in the snack bar there are fruits, as well as some leftovers from breakfast or lunch. In the same place, a friend makes pizza after dinner, but unlike the one in the restaurant, it is quite simple and gets bored after a couple of times. Unfortunately, I could not find French fries, sandwiches and anything similar for a snack.

BEACH. Here everything seems to be simple and clear. There are no problems with sunbeds and accommodation in the shade if you arrive no later than 10 am. There are more people at the pool, and there is more competition for the same amenities. Mattresses are paid, the guards check on coupons. Before the buoys, the sea is shallow, the depth begins only behind them. The water as a whole was quite clean, but after the storm it caused algae, as well as in some places some kind of garbage such as bags. The sand on the beach is quite clean. I almost never saw jellyfish, about which everyone cares so much, except that after the storm they were in places, but then disappeared. It seems to depend on the period. The hotel is close to the beach.

ANIMATION. Again, for an amateur. During the day, various competitions and other entertainments are held by the pool, they offer to play sports games. Evening performances are held by animators on their own, i.е. if guest artists (Chinese acrobats, fire show, etc.) often perform in other hotels, then here everything is entirely on their own. The stock of these performances is about 7-8 days, then they already begin to repeat themselves, and exactly the same - even the songs are the same. Personally, all this interfered with me for one simple reason: the presenters not only repeat the same thing, trying to fill in the pauses, they also do it in several more languages (French, English and Russian). Also the music is kind of wacky - one club style pounding (do you live up to the name of the hotel?) instead of something more pleasant and relaxing. In short, between 5 minutes of performance there are 15 minutes of outright nonsense. All this starts to either quickly get bored or pissed off (especially when you listen to all this from the room - Lord, it would soon end ...). Thus, there is animation, but not for everybody. The amphitheater, which is usually only a third full, confirms my idea.

OTHER. Someone will say that the Internet is not needed on vacation, but I do not agree. Nowadays, it is as much a necessary service as anything else. Let everyone decide for himself how much time to devote to the network. WiFi is only available in the lobby and bar area and is of poor quality. I didn't think it could be that bad, but it turns out it does. In half the cases it is impossible to connect to it at all, and when it is possible, the speed is such that even text messages can hardly be sent. There can be no question of normally sending a couple of photos or scrolling through Instagram. And all this does not depend on the number of users. Yes, the more people are sitting, the more difficult it is to get through even with the text, but sometimes 2-3 people are sitting, and still everything is deaf. At the reception, in response to a question about the poor quality of communication, they only smile sweetly and say: “Well, it doesn’t work now, try again in an hour - it might work.” Tip: on the beach of the neighboring Sahara Beach hotel, there is excellent Wi-Fi and, moreover, without a password. There are no fences or other barriers between the beaches. Carefully stepped aside, used it and returned back. In the evening there is no one at all, you can sit quietly on the sunbeds and surf the net. Huge thanks to "Sahara" and huge fu "Tropicana", shame!
Among other things - there is a nice indoor pool, where usually there is no one. Of course, the room is not as warm as the sun, but otherwise it's a pleasure to swim calmly! Both in the main pool and in the small one, as a rule, there are a lot of children. And in general there are a lot of them in the hotel, and quite a small age. If you manage to eat in a restaurant without listening to the squeals of someone's child, consider yourself lucky. There are far fewer children on the beach than by the pool.
And they don’t wear bracelets here either ... Probably, they themselves understand that no outsider will stick into this trio :)
There is nothing outside the hotel gates. No shops, excursions - nothing. I went to Monastir by taxi - I liked the embankment and the Ribat fortress!

CONCLUSION. In general, the review turned out to be rather negative, which I warned about at the beginning. Despite this, no one will stop you from sunbathing, swimming in the sea and pools, and drinking without restrictions. And if you like animation and parties, then time will fly by unnoticed. For me personally, the rating of the hotel (which to a large extent influenced his choice) is too high. 3 out of 5 - it is 3 out of 5, no more.

Note: animation noise is relevant only for Sea View rooms (even numbers), on the other hand, it should be quiet enough.
